What this notice covers

This notice describes the way this static informational website approaches personal data. Velora Signal is a general editorial resource about travel connectivity; it does not sell mobile services, operate a customer account system, or invite users to submit eSIM activation codes, government identification or payment information. The site’s content can be read without creating an account.

Contact correspondence

The contact page shows an email address and includes a clearly labelled nonfunctional form preview. The form does not submit or store information. If you send an email to [email protected], the information in that message—such as your email address, name and the context you voluntarily provide—may be used to read, respond to and keep a record of the correspondence. Please do not send passwords, activation codes, payment data, identity documents or other sensitive information.

The appropriate lawful basis for handling ordinary editorial correspondence may be a legitimate interest in receiving and responding to relevant enquiries, or taking steps requested by a correspondent where applicable. This is a general explanation rather than legal advice. Messages may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, correction records, security, legal obligations or dispute handling, then deleted or minimized where appropriate.

Cookies, analytics and log data

This static site does not provide a built-in newsletter submission, membership area, checkout or behavioral advertising system. It uses a small local browser preference for the dark or light theme. That preference is stored in the browser’s local storage so the selected appearance can persist; it is not designed to identify a person. The site may be delivered through hosting infrastructure that produces technical server logs, such as an IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time and basic error information, for security and operation purposes.

If analytics, advertising, embedded services or new forms are introduced in the future, this notice should be updated to describe the relevant provider, purpose, data categories, legal basis, transfer safeguards and controls. A visitor should not infer that a generic static-page statement authorizes undisclosed tracking. Browser controls can be used to manage stored site data and cookies where applicable.

Images and external services

Prominent photographs on this publication are served from images.unsplash.com. When a browser requests an external image, that service may receive standard request data such as IP address, browser information and the requested resource, subject to its own privacy terms. Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN are likewise external delivery services used to render the publication. Their processing is governed by their own policies and technical arrangements. Readers who wish to minimize external requests may use browser privacy controls or content blockers, with the understanding that presentation may change.

Your data protection rights

Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR where it applies, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, portability where relevant, and information about how data is handled. To make a privacy request relating to correspondence, email [email protected] with enough information to identify the relevant message. Reasonable verification may be needed before releasing or changing information.

You may also have a right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. This site cannot determine which authority is appropriate for every visitor or location. If the request concerns a mobile operator, eSIM seller, payment provider, accommodation network or other third party, contact that organization directly because Velora Signal does not control its account or data systems.

Security and changes

No website or email channel can promise absolute security. Use ordinary caution when sending correspondence, and avoid sending sensitive credentials. We use the minimum information needed for an editorial reply, but email itself is not the right route for account-recovery materials. This privacy notice may be revised as the publication’s features change. The current version is published on this page, and material changes should be reflected in the text.
